  • Account information: Name, email address, and basic profile details from Google OAuth.
  • Resume and application content: Resume data (manual input and PDF imports), job descriptions, adapted resume outputs, and template/language settings.
  • Profile photo: Image you choose to upload for supported templates.
  • Usage and technical data: IP address, browser/device data, request timestamps, and platform activity logs.
  • Analytics data: Product usage metrics collected via Google Analytics and similar cookie-based technologies.

3. How We Use Information

  • To authenticate users and operate your account.
  • To provide core features: resume parsing, adapted resume generation, workspace editing, and export.
  • To enforce product rules such as plan limits, abuse controls, and security safeguards.
  • To maintain, improve, and troubleshoot service performance.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect the service and users.

4. AI Processing Disclosure

RezAdapt uses third-party AI services to provide resume parsing and tailored resume generation features. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before use.

5. Third-Party Services and Sharing

We share data only as needed to run RezAdapt:

  • Google OAuth: Sign-in and account identity.
  • Third-party AI providers: For resume parsing and adaptation features. When you create an application and generate an adapted resume, we do not share your master-resume PII fields (first name, last name, position, location, email, phone number) with the AI provider. Exception: if you upload a PDF to create your master resume for the first time, the AI service processes the full PDF content to parse and build your resume.
  • Cloudflare R2: Storage of profile photos you upload.
  • Google Analytics: Traffic and usage analytics.

We do not sell personal information.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain platform integrity, and meet legal requirements. If you delete your account, we remove or de-identify associated data, except where retention is legally required.

RezAdapt is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
